TV/VIDEO/FILM PRODUCTION RATES

SCREENING RATES

THEATRE SPECS & GENERAL INFO:

Theatre seats up to 110 people.

Rentals may include lobby. (Some exemptions apply.)

All rental spaces are provided in “as is” condition knowing that at time of rental the stage may be inhabited by a fully dressed set. Use of technical or design elements may require additional staff and incur additional costs. Use of non-house equipment, microphones, additional furniture are subject to additional costs.

A rental manager must be present at all events. Additional staffing may be required depending on the nature of the event. The amount of staffing for each rental will be determined at the sole discretion of Garry Marshall Theatre and will be outlined in the rental agreement. Event Staff is hired at a minimum of 4 hours.

A “day” is considered to be 8 consecutive hours during a 24hr period (commencing at midnight and ending at 11:59 pm). If your booking exceeds 8 consecutive hours, Staff and Crew rates will be paid time and a half per hour (hours 9-12) and over 12 hours will be paid double time.

DEPOSIT

All rentals are subject to a 25% deposit of the total rental fee upon agreement execution.

STAGE RENTAL RATES*

$3,200 per day (8 hours max) + custodial and supply fees

$2,100 partial day (up to 5 hours) + custodial and supply fees

Additional time over 8 hours incurs a $350 per hour fee. Additional time over 12 hours incurs a $450 per hour fee.

STAGE NONPROFIT RATES

$2,400 per day (8 hours max) + custodial and supply fees

$1,600 partial day (up to 5 hours) + custodial and supply fees

Additional time over 8 hours incurs a $350 per hour fee. Additional time over 12 hours incurs a $450 per hour fee.

Nonprofit rentals must show proof of 501(c)(3) status. Rentals are subject to availability and all fees are subject to change until a rental agreement is signed.

  • Rental Manager $35.00/hr

  • Tech Director $35.00/hr

  • Front of House $25.00/hr

  • Parking Staff $20.00/hr

  • Box Office $25.00/hr

REHEARSAL ROOM RATES

Rehearsal Room Capacity: 49

$1000 full day (8 hours) + $150 custodial/supply fee

$150 an hour (4 hour minimum) + $150 custodial/supply fee

FOOD & ALCOHOL

Alcohol may be served on the premises, however it may not be sold. Staff has the right to request ID. For all rental events that require catering, Garry Marshall Theatre must be provided with the caterer’s information.
