The Garry Marshall Theatre is an intimate 110-seat theatre named after Hollywood legend and founder of the Falcon Theatre (est. 1997). Located across from California’s historic landmark Bob’s Big Boy restaurant, the venue is where the city of Burbank meets Toluca Lake, conveniently accessed from 134 and 101 freeways.

SINGLE TICKETS

Single Tickets are on sale online, by phone or in person when the Box Office is open.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

Please call Tuesday-Friday 11am-4pm. Someone will return your call if assisting another patron.

PROCESSING & HANDLING FEES

There's a standard $5 per ticket fee purchased by phone, at the Box Office or online.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of live theatre, all artists, show titles, and dates are subject to change. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable with the exception of cancelled events, but we’re happy to exchange for any performance available during the run of the production. Handling fees are always non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please email boxoffice@garrymarshalltheatre.org at least 72 hours before your scheduled performance. One of our helpful staff members will get back to you within 24 hours. 

A single ticket exchange fee of $5 per ticket for any exchanges made on single ticket purchases.

Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another. 

Exchanges are on a best available basis and may not be available on your desired date or in the same area of seating. 

There are no exchanges for tickets with a past show date.

Please note that changing into a different seating section or different pricing tier may require an additional charge. Late exchanges within 72 hours of a performance are subject to a $15 per ticket late exchange fee. Late exchanges are available until 9am of performance date.

PARKING

On-site, cash only parking is available in one of our designated parking lots to the east to the GMT.

Parking is $5 cash only.

Limited parking for ADA guests (with current placard) is available. 

All parking is subject to availability. NOTE: parking lots fill up early. Please plan accordingly.

Parking lots open 60 minutes before show time and all lots are locked 30 minutes after the performance.

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles. Garry Marshall Theatre is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

GMT does not advise parking on Rose Street.

LATE SEATING

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Opportunities for late seating and seat location may be limited by the nature of the performance. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before show time.

CHILDREN & INFANTS

Most performances are suitable for age 13 and up. MarshallARTS productions are suitable for the whole family.

Please inquire when purchasing your tickets about the age appropriateness of specific events.

As always, the GMT has a no judgment policy. We do ask that if your party is disruptive to others, you step out of the theatre. Engaging in theatre is our hope. Disruptive or unhappy babies are invited to the lobby during the performance.

ANIMALS

With the exception of service animals, no animals are permitted in the facility.

COURTESIES

In consideration of fellow ticket holders and our artists, please refrain from the use of any and all electronic devices for the duration of the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Disruptive patrons will be asked to leave the theatre.
